WOW Saddle Follow Up Consultation
This consultation is a follow up from your initial WOW saddle fitting, normally around 4 months from the original fit, and every 4-6 months following. The consultation takes around 1 hour

Our bridle and bit fitting initial consultation is a comprehensive, hands-on assessment of your horse as an individual — taking in everything from mouth conformation, dental history, and bit fit to headpiece comfort, browband length, noseband positioning, and the overall balance of the bridle — giving us everything we need to make recommendations that are genuinely tailored to your horse's anatomy, sensitivity, and way of going.
Consultation takes around 1—2 hours

Bridle & Bit Follow Up Consultation
Our bridle and bit fitting follow up consultation is a thorough reassessment of your horse's complete headgear and bitting arrangement, carried out at approximately four to six weeks after your initial fitting to ensure that everything is settling correctly and that both horse and rider are responding well — and then at regular intervals of four to six months thereafter, giving us the opportunity to review, refine, and adjust as your horse develops, changes condition, or progresses in their training.
Consultation takes around 1 hour

Bit Consultation with Bridle Check
Our bit consultation with bridle check is a focused assessment centred primarily on your horse's bitting arrangement — evaluating bit width, mouthpiece suitability, positioning, and your horse's response to the contact — whilst also carrying out a practical check of the bridle fit and making any minor adjustments where possible to ensure that the complete headgear arrangement is working as well as it can for your individual horse.
Consultation takes around 1 hour and is primarily a bit fitting consultation for those who do not require a full bridle assessment.

Online Bridle & Bit Consultation
Our online bit and bridle assessment allows you to access professional fitting advice from wherever you are — simply provide us with the requested information about your horse along with photographs and videos of your current tack and your horse in work, and we will carry out a thorough remote assessment of your horse's bit and bridle fit, providing you with clear, personalised recommendations for adjustments and improvements that you can make at home. If we are unable to get to your area or you have limitations for in person appointments, this is a good option.

Additional Information
- If more than one consultation is requested at the same location, a 10% discount will be applied to the consultation costs and travel costs will be shared between all clients
- If you would like more than one saddle fitting on the same horse the second saddle fit will be discounted by 20%

- Travel costs within 20 miles of Northampton are included in the consultation cost. Further mileage may be charged

Payment Methods
At The Fitted Horse, we want to make payment as convenient as possible for you. We accept multiple payment methods to suit your preferences:
✅ Bank Transfer: You can pay by bank transfer directly to our business account. Bank details will be provided on your invoice or at the time of booking. This is ideal for advance payments or for settling invoices after your appointment.
✅ Cash: We're happy to accept cash payment at the time of your appointment. Please have the correct amount if possible, though we do carry limited change.
✅ Credit or Debit Card: We accept all major credit and debit cards for quick, secure payment at your appointment. Card payments are processed securely through our card reader or payment terminal.
✅ Paypal: We also accept PayPal as a convenient and secure payment option
All payments are confirmed with a receipt, either emailed or provided in person.
For custom orders or deposits, payment terms will be clearly explained and agreed upon before proceeding.
