WOW Saddle Initial Fitting Consultation
This is your introduction to WOW saddles and takes around 2 hours.

This consultation is a follow up from your initial WOW saddle fitting, normally around 4 months from the original fit, and every 4-6 months following. The consultation takes around 1 hour

Existing bridle will be checked and recommendations given but no fitting will be completed

Additional Information
- If more than one consultation is requested at the same location, a 10% discount will be applied to the consultation costs and travel costs will be shared between all clients
- If you would like more than one saddle fitting on the same horse the second saddle fit will be discounted by 20%
- Clinics, demos, and educational events can be arranged and tailored to your group requirements. Please get in touch using the contact us page to discuss your ideas
- Travel costs within 20 miles of Northampton are included in the consultation cost. Further mileage may be charged

Available in fixed denominations (£25, £50, £75, £100, £150), custom amounts from £10 upwards, or a voucher for a specific service, vouchers are beautifully presented and can be delivered as a physical card through the post or instantly via email as a digital voucher.

Before scheduling your fitting consultation, we ask you to complete a pre-booking registration form with your horse and rider details.
This advance information ensures we arrive fully prepared for your specific needs—understanding your horse's conformation, any current issues, your discipline, and goals allows us to bring relevant equipment, allocate appropriate time, and tailor our recommendations from the moment we arrive.
Rather than spending valuable consultation time gathering basic information, we can focus entirely on assessment and solutions. This preparation transforms your appointment into a focused, personalised session designed specifically around you and your horse, maximising the value and effectiveness of our time together.
Payment Methods
At The Fitted Horse, we want to make payment as convenient as possible for you. We accept multiple payment methods to suit your preferences:
✅ Bank Transfer: You can pay by bank transfer directly to our business account. Bank details will be provided on your invoice or at the time of booking. This is ideal for advance payments or for settling invoices after your appointment.
✅ Cash: We're happy to accept cash payment at the time of your appointment. Please have the correct amount if possible, though we do carry limited change.
✅ Credit or Debit Card: We accept all major credit and debit cards for quick, secure payment at your appointment. Card payments are processed securely through our card reader or payment terminal.
All payments are confirmed with a receipt, either emailed or provided in person.
For custom orders or deposits, payment terms will be clearly explained and agreed upon before proceeding.
